About
We started Wresonate because we kept meeting the same leader.
Someone with a real business objective, a genuine care for their people, and no plan for the collision between the two.

Joshua Boyer, ACC
Founder & Lead Coach
The short version
Josh is a leadership and culture strategist, program director, designer, facilitator and coach who turns organizational friction into thriving cultures — and thriving cultures into measurable growth.
Before any of that he spent seven years in Tianjin, China, directing a youth development program across six international schools. That is where the through-line of this work started: no strategy survives contact with a culture it doesn’t bother to understand. It is a lesson that applies just as cleanly to a software company mid-reorg as it did to a classroom eight thousand miles from home. Wresonate is the practice he built around that idea.
What we believe
Four convictions everything else is built on.
People and results are not a trade-off
The premise of the whole practice. Leaders shouldn't have to choose between business success and treating people with compassion — and the data has been clear for years that the ones who refuse the trade-off outperform the ones who accept it.
Leadership is a mindset, not a position
Anyone, at any rung, can bring leadership to a change. Programs that only equip the top of the house stall about two levels below the sponsor, every time.
Change is relational before it's operational
Most transformation plans are built around structures, systems and spreadsheets. The relational chaos, broken trust and emotional fallout are what actually derail them.
Nobody grows from a video they watched alone
Every stage of our work is live and interactive. The discussions are personalized and the tools are practical, because we've all sat through the other kind.
