Executive coaching in Austin.

ICF-credentialed coaching for the leaders carrying Austin's fastest-moving organizations — in person across the metro, or virtually when the week refuses to cooperate.

Who we work with here

The Austin market makes a particular kind of leader — and a particular kind of gap.

Wresonate is based in Austin, and the pattern we see locally is consistent enough to name.

Founders and early executive teams

Austin's density of venture-backed companies produces a specific problem: people promoted into executive roles faster than anyone had time to develop them. The title arrives before the toolkit does. That gap is the most common reason a founder calls us.

Newly promoted managers in scaling orgs

The strongest individual contributor gets the team, and nobody teaches them the job. Coaching here is less about strategy than about the mechanics of leading people for the first time — delegation, feedback, and the shift from doing to enabling.

Senior leaders carrying a transformation

Reorgs, acquisitions and rapid headcount change are ordinary here. Leaders steering them tend to be well supported on the operational plan and entirely unsupported on the human one.

How sessions run

However it actually fits your week.

In person, across the metro

Sessions at your offices anywhere in the Austin area — downtown, the Domain, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown. In-person tends to work best for the first session and for anything involving a leadership team together.

Virtual, on your calendar

Most ongoing coaching runs virtually, because it survives a week that goes sideways. Unlimited monthly sessions mean the conversation happens when the real moment arrives, not when the calendar allows.

On site for team work

Workshops and team sessions are facilitated in person by default. A room together is worth the logistics when the work is relational.

  • My focus has shifted from being the expert over to coaching and nurturing my team's expertise — learning that the biggest value I bring is creating true teams and developing my managers.

Common questions

Before you book.

Do you offer executive coaching in person in Austin?
Yes. Sessions run in person anywhere in the Austin metro — including downtown, the Domain, Round Rock, Cedar Park and Georgetown — or virtually, whichever fits the engagement. Most ongoing coaching runs virtually with in-person sessions at the start and for team work.
Are your Austin coaches ICF certified?
Yes. Every Wresonate coach is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, the globally recognized standard for professional coaching, which requires rigorous training, demonstrated competencies and adherence to established ethical standards.
How much does executive coaching cost in Austin?
Investment depends on the engagement type, the number of leaders and the outcomes you are working toward. Engagements start with a 12-week Habit Formation Sprint or a six-month coaching engagement with unlimited monthly sessions. We scope it on a free 30-minute call so the number reflects your situation rather than a package price.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within two weeks of the discovery call. The call itself is 30 minutes, free, and carries no pitch — if we are not the right fit we will say so and point you elsewhere.

Coaching is one of three things we do. If the pressure you are facing is organizational rather than individual, look at our change leadership programs or our leadership workshops.
