What we collect
We collect only what you give us. In practice that means your name and email address when you download a resource or subscribe to our list, and whatever you choose to tell us when you book or attend a call.
Our site also collects standard, aggregate analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site — which we use to understand what is useful and what isn’t.
Why we collect it

What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send you email you didn’t ask for.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of third-party services to run this business: an email marketing platform to manage subscriptions and send email, a scheduling tool to book calls, hosting and analytics providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Client engagement records are retained as long as needed for our professional and legal obligations.
Coaching confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential. As ICF-credentialed coaches we adhere to the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics, which governs confidentiality and its narrow legal exceptions. Where an organization sponsors coaching, we agree the boundaries of what is and isn’t reported back before the engagement begins.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — reply to any email from us, or send the request through the contact page.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to measure aggregate traffic. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
